“It’s my absolute and complete honor to have been chosen as the 2022 Leadership Kentucky Lisa Murrell Award Recipient. And, I’m forever grateful for the opportunity to travel across the state learning about our exceptional communities throughout the Commonwealth and how we can move our state forward,” said Sanson. “Most of all, I’m blessed by the lifelong relationships formed with my classmates, who are the most kind, selfless and uplifting people I’ve ever had the privilege to meet. The future of the Commonwealth is very bright!”

“Year after year, we have the privilege of bringing together future leaders of our great Commonwealth. I am honored to have had the opportunity to watch Lindsey flourish in the program, always demonstrating her strong and selfless character,” said Janice Way, Leadership Kentucky President. “Lindsey is a compassionate and thoughtful leader. She engaged with everyone in her class and made a concerted effort to create a lasting bond with all she encountered. Her smile lights up a room!”
